slimming your thighs - DO's and DON'Ts

Are you a female tired of trying out the slimming therapies and the ample amount of slimming belts available in the market? Are you a woman who wastes time at gym only to find recently that all your efforts were in vain? Then, this article is for you.
If you do hours of exercise daily but still can't get rid of the fat accumulated in your thighs, it only imply two simple things- either your pelvic bone is broader or you are not taking in what you should.
I personally know many ladies who go for a diet all the time skipping meals (mostly their breakfast because they can put the blame on their working/college hours and escape from questions of their family members).If you are like this, then I insist you to get rid of this habit as early as possible. The most important meal of the day is breakfast. Remember that you may be taking in today's breakfast after about 6-8 hours or even more after the dinner you had just yesterday. So a lot of acidic chemicals will be accumulating in your stomach and if you are still ready to sacrifice your breakfast, I will call you a fool who think of slimming by sacrificing your stomach.Reason? Accumulation of acids can cause stomach cancer, my lady!
There is another category of "slimming maniacs" who goes for hours of hectic exercise and eat burgers or some wafers only, in the name of dieting. Let me tell you something, something very true - How you look depends 50% on how you care your body and 50% on what you eat. Doing only half part and neglecting the other will only help you get into serious trouble.
Remedy:
Here are some quick tips that may help you out
1. Don't eat wafers, fried items or other oily food stuffs. Avoid burgers and take in lots of vegetables and fruits. One of the actors in Tamil Industry had a diet of fruit juice alone for a month to slimmen, but I hope you are not going to take his path.
2. Drink lots of water.According to Ayurveda, water is a natural cleanser to our body.
3. Avoid irregular meals. Eating thrice a day will do. Don't stuff your body with food in-between. It can only harm you.
4. Do exercises that lead to workouts on the pelvic area. Aerobics, swimming, walking etc., can help you considerably, but the best exercise is cycling on the road. Even if it doesn't slimmen you thighs, it will definitely help you in shaping your thighs. A thicker but stiff thighs can also help you gain confidence while trying out fashionable outfits.
5. Avoid elevators at work. Climbing stairs is a good exercise.( Of course, there is no problem if you go to your office a little early to make this into practice. Your boss will only be happy for that)
6. If you fall into the second category, i.e., if your pelvic bone is broader, then it could be very difficult for you to get slimmer. To shape up your body on the whole, do some push ups to make your shoulders broader. It will help you get a better appearance. Don't forget that point #3 is applicable to you too.

hie...i rad your hub...and i think your tips for thigh slimming is workable..
