The Power Of the Progressive Caucus

Socialist Senator and Progressive Caucus member Maxine Waters tells America exactly what the new Democratic Party is going to do to our country. By now everyone that cares has heard Maxine's socialization comment and laughed with me and others present as she tried without success to cover her slip. It's classic socialist politics from the party of the people. Granted, I've been in a boat on the mighty Potomac the last four days, but still the "pass" from the left leaning media in this country is deafening. The real sadness of our generation will be the pathetic explanation to our grand children how we gave away their freedom.

This is the beginning of a great shift in power and freedom throughout the world. The Progressive Caucus, as I've previously written, has created and produced Barrack Obama and will be the true power behind his regime once he's elect dictator in November 2008. Barrack has repeatedly given us insight into his rule in speech after speech. He is going to tell us what's best for us as individuals and as a country. Socialist in congress and the Whitehouse will erase democracy and destroy the constitution. Private property and individual rights are fond memories of by gone years.

Hold tight bitter America, to God and your guns but do so in hiding because you lost that freedom. With a vote in November for the Democratic Party you have completed the destruction of our once great and proud nation.

Maxine Waters missed 646 of 9250 votes (7%) since Jan 5, 1993.

Maxine Waters has sponsored 185 bills since Jan 5, 1993, of which 166 haven't made it out of committee

Maxine Waters has missed 89 votes (5.8%) during the current Congress.

"And guess what this member* would be all about? This member would be all about socializing - er, uh. [Pauses for several moments] .... would be about ... [pause] ... basically ... taking over, and the government running all of your companies"

Maxine Waters; her own words.

"As soon as the word "socialization" exits her lips, she knows she made a big blunder, not the least of which is that the actual term is "nationalization". Waters just declared a socialist policy of total confiscation in the House hearing room, and she looks for an exit strategy, finally winding up with the slightly more ambiguous idea of Washington "running" the oil companies." Ed Morrissey, from his site, Hot Air.

I do hope you are wrong. God has given us our leaders both good and bad. A shift of the moral meter in this nation has brought about most of this talk. I applaud your boldness. I look back on the ancient nation of Israel and shudder.

Rob, I absolutely agree with you, the absence of morality is certainly one of the basic strategies of the Democratic play book. The secular progressive movement has been very successful in removing God, of all faiths, from the consciousness of society. I also wish I was wrong but unfortunately the radical left has been building power and misleading the public for years. The ineptness of the Republican Party has forced the extreme left socialist movement of the Democratic Party into power. The Progressive Caucus is not in hiding or trying to be secret about how they wish to rule, just visit their website and read what they say about themselves. The senior member is a devout socialist and great friend of Barrack Hussian Obama. His name is Bernie Sanders and he will be on Barrack’s cabinet.

Socialism has proven over the centuries that it is an awful form of government; however it does give a very small group of people all the power and creates an elite class of rulers. This is exactly what academia has always believed to be their destiny. The left has determined that only they can save this country and this world even from itself. America will let this happen and wake up twenty years from November 2008 with freedom as a distant memory.

The means of production should belong to those who produce, not slave masters who reap all the wealth from their sweat and blood.

Socialism has never had a chance to prove anything.  Any time any experiment in socialism shows even a glimmer of a chance of success it is immediately and remorselessly crushed by the fascist corporatocracy through the military and covert agencies of its wholly owned, pseudo democratic government.

Socialism has had a many chances, and it fails. If the means of production "should" belong to those that"produce" then why don't they pool their money and "buy" the means of production to produce? Should the rich buy them a factory and tools? The owner, or 'oppressor' as socialist say, paid for his "means of production" should the workers "liberate" it from him? How do we decide who would control the "means of production?" Oh...the government? Socialism is a failed system in any big country, so don't talk about tiny Sweeden, although they have their own financial mess.
