Quit Being So Fat!

These day everywhere you go it seems that that you can’t stop yourself from being bombarded with products and information on everything health and fitness, and for good reason.
Never before has the human race been so overweight and obese, and even with all the advances in the medical field the current generation of children will not outlive their parents because of the obesity plague.
Fortunately I’m not someone who is obese, but I am overweight, and chances are you are too.
Wanting to lose weight and get into great shape before I age, I decided to find the perfect diet plan and stick with it until I got to my goal weight of 210lbs.
So at my starting weight of 265lbs. I set off to find the best way to lose this weight.
During my search I was truly amazed to discover that most people who are trying to lose weight are going about it the wrong way; and actually end up weighing more than they did before their diet!
This concerned me very much as I’m sure it does to you too. What’s the point of losing weight if you’re just going to end up gaining weight after all is said and done?
I new that there must be a way to lose weight that was relatively simple; I wasn’t looking for a free ride, I new it would take work, but I wanted it to be as easy and painless as possible.
I new that it would take doing some exercise in order for this to work, and I’m not opposed to that, but I’m someone who is naturally lazy and I wanted to do as little as possible.
During my search I discovered a couple interesting tidbits of information about weight loss, and how to help speed up the process of losing weight.
Water, good old water. Many of us during our daily lives unfortunately don’t drink enough of it, I being one of those people before I learned some curious facts about it. Most of us know that drinking water instead of pop or juice is very healthy because it removes the intake of sugar from our diet which is a huge cause of weight gain and bad health.
But did you also know that water has a couple of hidden traits that most people don’t know about? For instance, if you drink your required daily intake of water your body requires, you end up getting rid of the extra water that was being stored in your body, resulting in a quick loss of water weight.
Water also speeds up our metabolism which is the “force” that burns calories, so simply by drinking water, you burn fat. The third thing I found out about water is something that I’d never heard before and found to be quite interesting.
Anything that you take into your body that is below body temperature is warmed up to body temperature before being flushed out of the body in the form of waste. So that means when you have a glass of cold water, your body has to warm it up.
Do you see where I’m going with this?
When you warm anything up, like cold water, it takes energy to do so. Calories are an energy form, which means when you drink cold water, you burn calories because your body has to expend energy to warm it up!
Another interesting thing I came across was a false assumption I had about the frequency of meals. I had always thought that skipping meals and eating less food would result in my losing weight.
Unfortunately I was quite wrong; you see doing this practice actually lowers the body’s metabolism, resulting in you not losing weight and possibly even gaining weight. Study’s now show that the best thing to do is to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day 3-4 hours apart.
Now having learned all of this I was ready to start losing weight, but then looking over all this information I realized that I may lose some weight but it was going to be very slow going.
Drinking water and changing your meal plans can help, but it actually doesn’t add up to lots of weight lost quickly. I didn’t want to have to weight a year or two before I hit my weight goal.
So I decided to look around some more for the best diet plan to aid me in my journey of losing 55lbs. I knew that it would cost me a little bit of money to do this, but this is my health we’re talking about, so I was willing to spend whatever it took to get the diet plan that would best help me.
After a few days of looking I came across a program that I’ve since learned has taken the internet by storm, and is actually the best selling diet plan for good reason.
Now if you’re like me you know that most programs on the internet are complete junk scams, it seems I can’t go a day without getting at least of few spam emails trying to get me to buy their scam system promising me I’ll lose 3lbs. a day and keep it off.
Yeah right, I may have been born at night, but it wasn’t last night!
But this diet plan looked promising and it wasn’t very much money, so I decided to investigate further. I found out all I could on the company behind this diet plan, and I even talked to people that had, and were using it.
To my surprise everything appeared to be on the up and up with this company, I couldn’t find a single negative thing about them, and everyone I talked to loved them.
Me being the naturally suspicious guy that I am was still not completely convinced yet, but I knew that the only way to find out for sure was to buy it and try it out.
My verdict? Simply amazing; I’m completely stunned by this diet plan. It works like a charm, it’s easy to do (and I mean really easy), is not much money at all, it doesn’t starve me, and it’s actually fun. I never thought I’d ever say a diet plan was “fun”.
Now I’m sure you’re wondering what my results are so far, and I can tell you they are great. I started at 265lbs., my goal is 210lbs., and I’m currently at 240lbs.
That’s 25lbs. lost, what’s more is that I lost that weight in only 35 days! That’s an amazing 0.7lbs. per day! Best of all, the way the diet is designed I’ll never put that weight back on. I’m now on track to getting in the best shape of my life.
At my current rate I should be at my goal in another 42 days. 55lbs. lost in only 77 days, that’s how fast and effective this diet is and you’ll never put the weight back on.
