Spinach Dip-Quick and Easy

Ingredients

1 16 oz of sour cream

1 pack of jolly green gain spinach chopped

1 package of Ranch Dressing Dip Mix

1 round sour dough bread or pumpernickel bread

1 bowl and fork for mixing

Gut out the middle of the bread and cut up into squares for dipping

Make sure spinach is defrosted and not cooked. Take papertowels and squeese all the juice out of the spinach until it is nice and dry

Place in bowl, empty all of sour cream on top of spinach and then add the package of ranch dip mix, stir until completely mixed.

Refigerate until chilled, 20-30 minutes, then place in the center of the bread you cut out and arrange cut up pieces on the side. Enjoy. Quick and Easy and deliscious.
