Stairmaster SM916 Stemill

Are you interested by purchasing the Stairmaster SM916 and want to know how it truly works? For 25 years, the StairMaster StepMill has been called the toughest workout in the gym. The StepMill is easy to recognize--it's the piece of cardiovascular hardware that looks savage compared to the others, with a rotating set of 8-inch steps that closely duplicates the workout of precise step climbing.

Using the SM916

The StairMaster SM916 rotating staircase most closely duplicates the workout of real stair-climbing. Its new quieter step design improves fluidity of stepping motion and provides added cushion for joints. This is a machine for folks who are serious about heart training.

Performance and Results

I start out at level one. For the point of this review after 10 minutes on level one I have been burning calories at the rate of 299 an hour and have burned 48 calories. I have gone just about 1/2 a mile and walked up twenty floors. During my workouts I mostly change levels. At about 8 it becomes a challenge and I will burn about five hundred calories in one hour. I like monitoring my progress on the StepMill because it is so straightforward. If I've walked eighty floors in 45 minutes one day then next time I will try and go a few more floors or a tiny longer.

I've lost 10 pounds. You can too. To get the latest Stairmaster SM916 deals visit Stairmasterdeals.com
