If your thinking about getting a digital Camera, Here are a few things to look for.

If your looking for a Basic, entry level Camera you wont need any special Lenses or Film, most entry level Cameras have some sort of Removable memory, like an SD or xD card that saves your Photos and Videos. Some cameras even come with some sort of software that allows you to import the media. These cameras range from $80-$200

Professional Grade cameras and DSLR's pack more punch, than traditional Digital cameras do. With Brands like Sony and Canon, (leading pro camera manufacturers) you have alot of cool features. Some of these Pro grade features include, touch screen displays, More mega-Pixels, and higher quality images and video. Most Pro cameras actually shoot in HD, Some even in 1080p. You can buy upgraded lenses to increase you zoom capabilities. these cameras are probably for professional photographers that take high quality images and video. these cameras will range anywhere from, $250-and beyond.

i hope this helps anyone.
