An effective workout would be something that will combine weight training or strength training using your body weight with high intensity interval training. So for example, you could do strength training followed by interval training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; perform 30 minutes of physical activity on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and rest Sunday.

The 30 minutes of physical activity could be walk around the park, a bike ride, light jogging or swinging. It really doesn’t matter. The point is to have some sort of activity to keep your body moving, therefore, consuming calories. This will lead to stomach fat loss.
