Strange Ghost Story
69The Tickler
I had a friend who lived in a haunted house with his wife. They knew the place was haunted because things would happen like lights would turn on by themselves, or they would hear footsteps upstairs when they knew that nobody was up there. The ghost also liked to knock things off of shelves.
This guy was a computer technician and was kind of a nerd so he wasn't the sort of person you would expect to talk about ghosts. I was kind of surprised when he told me this story.
He and his wife kind of joked around about the ghost, even though it made them a little nervous. Eventually they decided to move out after one time my friend's wife was in bed, under the covers, and she thought my friend was crouched down at the foot of the bed tickling her toes. She kept telling him to stop and laughing. It turned out he wasn't even in the same room. He was in their master bathroom, and walked in wondering what she was laughing about. The moment she saw him at the doorway, she jumped out of the bed and refused the sleep in the room that night. They moved pretty soon after.

Totally! It's one thing to have something knocking over lamps, it's another thing to have something touching your toes. Ugh.
I would have called Ghost Hunters. :)
Lol. Maybe I should have. I had a friend who claimed to do stuff like that.
Grins...if I find a ghost in our house...it's paying half the rent or it's outta here! :)
Get the darn thing cleared. That's an expensive move for the sake of a pesky ghost.

Not trying to do the advert thing, but next time it happens I'll refer you to someone who can help.
Maybe that's what we should have done - demanded rent.
Thanks Jewels, for the referral!
I grew up in house that had footsteps upstairs. It sounded like a 150 lb man was pacing in the hallway. My day always said the noise was because the house was old and shifted with temperature changes, but the consistency of the creeks always made me wonder... When home alone my dad would keep a rifle close at hand, just in case those weren't creeks!
Every time I get loaded the ghosts seep out of the walls to say hello. Other than that i don't believe.
A phantom with a foot fetish...could be worse. :-)
That is a bit creepy!
an incubus with foot/toe fetish? must be C.C.! :D
Foot fetish - I never looked at it that way! Yikes!
LOL now that sounds creepier than the ghost story! :D
I had many ghostly experience and the one that was trying to get me out of bed, scared the @#% out of me!?
Well, Ghost hunter did do an investigation on a ghost who likes to touch mens feet. They caught the evidence of the cover being pulled a little.
I had an experience myself but it's kind of a long story, and not as creepy as the tickler!
