Well prepare your tastebuds and carry on reading because I am about to share with you knowledge that I have never ever ever, ok maybe once or twice, shared with another soul. Alright, enough of that, I'm annoying myself. Add:

• a cup of strawberries

• one and a half cups of milk,
• a tea spoon of lemon,
• two teaspoons of sugar, and
• a cup of ice

This is a great banana and strawberry smoothie recipe. I love the combination of banana and strawberry, and as always it is incredibly easy to make. Simply add

• Two cups of ice
• 4 large strawberries
• 1 ripe banana
• half a cup of milk
• and 5 ice cubes
