Insomnia

Stress Causing Lack Of Sleep ?

If you are tossing and turning at night, worried about what you are going to do, how to solve a problem and wake up in the morning feeling as if you have just run a marathon, then stop right now. There is a quick and very effective solution, which not only provides you with the answers but enables you to get a good night's sleep so you can work on the solutions the following day. Just give your problems up to the Universe - say something like this as you go to bed

"I give up all my cares, worries and problems to the Universe. I totally trust the Universe 100%to provide all the answers. I am grateful that I have this powerful presence working with me."

Then close your eyes, relax and sleep - your answers will come either in a clear dream which you will remember, or more likely an idea will 'pop' ino your head when you wake up.

You can be specific if there is one major area which you need an answer too, or be more general is there are a number of areas, whatever way you go - do it it works every time! Trust 100% and remember to be grateful and thank the Universe!

Now have a good nights sleep:)

Letting Go Of Your Problems Before Bed

An easy way to resolve problems is just before going to sleep, send a message out to the Universe. Use pray, whatever you are comfortable with - make it short - something like

"I leave all my problems to the Universe. I know that the Universe will find a solution. ITrust the Universe 100% and am grateful for this awesome help"

The reason is that your high-self is more connected to the Universe whilst you are asleep and you will find solutions will come either through dreams, which you will remember, or you will know what to do when you wake up.

Do NOT lie and ponder on the problem, all you'll get from that is a lousy nights sleep and a headache the next morning. Relax, KNOW that you WILL receive an answer.

Peacefull Good Nights Sleep
