Is the Suddenly Slim Diet Safe? - What you Need To Know

What is the Suddenly Slim diet and How does it work?

These days there are so many diets out there that it is really hard to know how to find the right one for you. After all everybody is different, with different chemical make-ups and natural balances in their bodies that make us all somewhat unique from one another. So, how can one diet work for everyone? It can't, so it is vital that people research different diets to find a perfect fit. I know for me the suddenly Slim diet was enticing just from its name, I mean who doesn't want to become Suddenly Slim? It sounds so simple and more importantly it sounds so immediate.

But what is the Suddenly Slim diet, and is it for you? This diet, which became quite popular after a series of shows aired on CBS and NBC, is based around the use of herbal supplements (diet pills) and a not so friendly practice known as meal replacement. If you ask me meal replacement is just as horrible as it sounds. When I tested out the Suddenly Slim diet this was an aspect of the diet I found to be really difficult and actually unhealthy. The only successfull diet plan that I've tried and succeeded with so far that didn't feel like a major struggle, has been Fat Loss 4 Idiots, I can't recommend it enough. The idea in Suddenly Slim is that you replace one meal a day with your choice of one of the diets 'replacement shakes or supplements. The diets self-proclaimed 'healing' shakes and supplements aim to achieve two goals: to speed up your metabolism and to rid your body of toxins through a cleansing process. Your main options include the Slim N' up, Body FX, and Reneu. You might ask why I used the word unhealthy to describe the replacement meal, well although each supplement shake has ingredients that are supposed to take the place of other foods and even enhance your diet, I have to question if they really do. Slim N' up is supposed to provide your body with the means to reduce your hunger while simultaneously revving up your energy. I think that it is really important to find out how the shake plans to do that. You'll notice that one of the main ingredients in this shake is the infamous Ephedra. Ephedra has been proven to be very dangerous for some individuals and even deadly in certain cases. I think a healthy diet will naturally give you more energy without the use of uppers such as caffeine or Ephedra. A healthy diet naturally makes one less lethargic because they are not weighed down by heavy foods that tend to make us lazy and tired. The Body FX shake is infused with nutrients that aim to speed up your metabolic rate. Although this sounds great, it has often been said by nutritionists that it is not necessarily what you eat that affects your metabolism, but how you eat (I.e how often). To me, this shake just sounds like a quick fix that will not have lasting benefits even if it can speed things up for the short term. Lastly the Reneu part of the diet has ingredients to cleanse your body, like those that can be found in common colon cleanse supplements. You have to be really careful when taking any supplement that claims to rid your body of toxins, it is important to know that supplements such as these can act as a major shock to your system and can have damaging effects.

In my opinion a healthy diet should make your life easier, instead of more difficult. Finding Fat Loss 4 Idiots enabled me to simplify my life and I would recommend that you read more about this highly effective method of weight loss. Find out more about "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" by Clicking Here.
