San Francisco dealt with him, Philly dealt with him, Dallas dealt with him... and now the Buffalo Bills have the pleasure of dealing with Terrell Owens.  You have to think that if he plans to get a contract after this one year deal, he will play nice this year.  But he has no track record for us to think that he is going to.

Nonetheless, it will be an interesting year to see how this situation pans out.  I don't think the Bills are going to be a Super Bowl contender - maybe not even a playoff contender in that division the way Rex Ryan loaded up the Jets.  If they do struggle, we will see the real T.O. and that is when he is at his worst.

I only have to say one thing - good luck Bills fans...

It's good to see more and more people backing Jessica Simpson for the scrutiny she has been under the past few weeks due to her recent pictures showing a fuller body type. IMO, the media really needs to back the eff off! They are probably the biggest factor influencing kids and young women to want to become rail thin. Yet because they are the ones who cover the news, there is no one to call them out when they are being a-holes.

Listen, weight loss is great if you think it's going to increase your self esteem, make you healthier and feel better in general. But girls, please don't consider yourself fat or ugly if you weigh like 130 pounds or something. There has to be a point where you look in the mirror and just say, hey I'm beautiful and there are 6 billion people out there - someone will love me for who I am.

I think what needs to be emphasized is the fact that true weight loss does not come from a fad diet - it comes from a healthy and personalized diet plan. You need to find what works for you, but don't starve yourself! That's the worst way to go about it. Eat healthier foods and exercise, just as the aforementioned blog recommends.

Either way, I don't think Jessica is fat. I like a little meat on the bones of my girls, and I still think she is gorgeous (even though I'm not a fan of her music). I'm sure Tony Romo never would have guessed he'd be dating such a high profile celeb when he was QB at Eastern Illinois.

It looks like Matt Cassel will be the starting QB for the Chiefs next year (and for many years to come) after he was traded from the Patriots earlier.  This has to be expected for several reasons - 1) He was going to be making $15M as a backup, provided Brady was healthy from day 1... that's a little to pricey, even for an insurance policy, and 2) The new man in KC is Scott Pioli, who came from NE and understands how good Matt Cassel really is.  I heard somewhere on NFL network that many football people think he is a top 10 QB in this league after what he did last year.  It doesn't surprise me because it seems that QBs who sit and wait a few years before they get a chance do well - prime examples are Romo and Aaron Rodgers.

The other big move in terms of leadership was Brian Dawkins to the Broncos.  I wanted to see him go back to Philly, but there was no way they were signing him to a 5-year deal.  He'll head over there with Correll Buckhalter to hopefully help out the Broncos porous defense.  Even if his skills have diminished, he's still a fiersome hitter and a great leader.

I have to wonder why Chris Brown and Rihanna are getting back togther.  If someone beat you up to a bloody pulp with a bruised lip would you give them another chance?  My only explanation would be that they are both in the spotlight and Chris Brown would hopefully be smart enough to realize if he did it again, not only would he lose her, but probably his career.

For her sake, I hope something like this never happens again.
