+++++++++++++RESOLVE HAS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CUSSED OUT MY FATHER+++++++++++++ Ladies and Gentlemen Lastnight on 1/24/09 I was on the chat line with techie and many others. I couldn't post on the blog because of java errros on my computer so I went to live chat for some inspiration because for the last now 4 days I have had this really bad headache that NEVER goes away. So before even reaching out to the blog that I just found about a week ago I rightfully reached out to Dave at RESOLVE and left a message as he said "We offer customer care 7 days a week 9-5 just call us if you have any questions as we are here to help" so for the last 3 days I had to leave repeated messages for someone to please call me back and of course to no avail nobody ever calls you back. I called every hour on the hour so there would be no cop out excuse that I didnt call with than operation hours and still no call back. Meanwhile my headache is getting worse and im also have heart palpitations which is way out of the norm for me as I have never had any heart issues in my LIFE. yesturday I was really mad because I felt like I was being ignored like so many times before as I didn't feel they really understood the urgency of the matter so I left 2 more urgent messages saying that it was unprofessional to not get back to your patients as you said that you would, This is my life and I need you or somebody to call me back respectfully to answer my questions for what I am going through was not listed on the list of "SYMPTOMS" I'd be having. Now RESOLVE has a constant reputation for not calling people back i recently found out and I have heard they have been rude to other people. And on top of that RESOLVE's phone number is going to a local residence NOT an office so DAVE screens all calls and just doesn't return them its not cause they are busy HELPING others. if that was the case then so many people wouldn't have the same complaint as i do. DAVE/ RESOLVE HAS GONE TOO FAR. While online chatting lastnight, DAVE finally called me back at the number i gave him which was my dads cause i was going to be there the whole week but DAVE didn't call back to address my issue he called back and cussed at the first person who answered the phone (which happend to be my dad) not even bothering to clarify if it was me on the phone he began firing off at the mouth to my dad and said to him "FIRST OF ALL WE ARE OPEN FROM THE HOURS OF 9-5PM MON THROUGH FRIDAY LIKE THE WEBSITE SAYS - SECOND OF ALL STOP BEING SUCH A FUCKING DRAMA QUEEN ITS NOT THAT DEEP, NOW CALL ME BACK ON MONDAY AND WE CAN TALK" and then he hung up on my dad, my dad came into my room extremely upset by what DAVE had said to him. I called DAVE back immediately and of course no answer he lets everybody go to voicemail. So all of the CLAIMS they have about being "SO BUSY" that it takes them a while to get back to people is bullshit. DAVE called me back within 1 hour of me leaving those 2 messages NOT to address my ISSUE but to CUSS ME OUT. NOW WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL "NEW" BUSINESSMAN DOES THAT? I am so discusted with RESOLVE and the people behind it the way DAVE acted was uncalled for. I mean this man went out of his way to reach me then, he called back 2 times then got my dad on the phone and said what he said. (keep in mind i didn't call dave out of his name on the first initial messages that i had i was emotional in pain and miffed as to WHY still nobody could call me back so i let him know how i felt about the LACK of their action in my regard without resorting to profanity and stating my case) So when i called DAVE back it went to voicemail then all of a sudden DAVE calls back AGAIN but doesn't say anything just dead silence on the phone then hangs up on my dad again. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY YOU DONT DO THAT TO PEOPLE YOU SUPPOSEDLY ARE TRYING TO HELP?. He can't be clinically sane and something is up with him and his TRUE intentions about really HELPING people with our illness. I called him back and he was a coward never answering the phone i left him messages letting him know he owes me and my father and apology and of course the whole day has passed and no call back. HOW CAN YOU JUST BE SO QUICK TO BURN BRIDGES LIKE THAT? I should have known something wasn't right when I asked him for an address to send payment to directly rather then through my credit card and he was not cool with giving an address. These people are based in california but put us through this bullshit about it takes 2 weeks no it takes that long because they ship it to new zealand only to have it shipped to us that way we cant trace them. And after getting different facts from everybody I feel like perhaps it is still a good cause but with the wrong people behind it because they dont care about the well being of people on this BLOG. I have been more the patient with them on 3 seperate occassions i was ignored by these people until i kept leaving messages i had to leave 10 messages just to get 1 call back. The ONLY TIME I GOT AN IMMEDIATE CALL BACK FROM DAVE WAS WHEN I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT PURCHASING THE PROTOCOL of course my call was PRIORITY then and Dave made it seem like he would really be there and do everything in his power to help me get to the finish line he really spoke a good game. But after they got my payment then i could never get a response from them i emailed them one time and got a response back 2 weeks later, then like i said when i called i never got a call back until i began blowing up their answering machine then they call back after 10 messages later like nothing is wrong and not even offering an apology. Then I found out that DAVE has a history of cussing out people because of his temper. He has done it to many others on here which i will leave nameless unless they too choose to come forward. I feel in a way i have been cheated because I paid for a service in which not only I'd get the RESOLVE PROGRAM but i'd also have the LOVING SUPPORT OF RESOLVE and that is NOT what they are about. Now all of a sudden the site has jacked up there price on the protocol double and i hear they are going to jack it up even higher. You can do with this what you will but I think we all need to unite against this guy because he needs to know he can't just treat people any kind of way. You are in CUSTOMER SERVICE and you don't just take peoples money, SELECTIVELY call them back whenever you want and just step on them like we are less then. Ladies and Gentlemen I don't know what to say I am on step 3 day 2 of this RESOLVE shit and so I've come this far i am going to stick with it after that I am done FUCK IT. And fuck DAVE and that woman that just hides behind him all the time swearing how BUSY they are. I will post IF i test Negative. I pray that I do and I'm doing my best to not stress out but DAVE going out of his way to offend me like that really has put me in a bad way. I hope his wicked nature stops at being a character flaw and is not reflective of whats in the product because I also found out that I am 1 of many that have had heart issues after taking the protocol and thats not cool. "OH GEE IM CURED OF H BUT NOW I HAVE HEART ISSUES FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE" WHO NEEDS THAT. And if that is one of the risks why didn't they just list it so I could make an informed decision. Now I'm finding all of this information through many other people who have had more long term symptoms then short term. So this is a VERY BITTER SWEET DEAL FOR ME and i STILL HAVE MY HEADACHE.
