62The Joy Of Thailand Beaches
Millions of people arrive at Thailand's International Airport every year and many of them head straight for lush tropical rainforest's in the north. Me however, and many more like me, head south to the soft, tropical whiter than white sands of Thailand Beaches.
Like many others as well, I want to find those beaches that are deserted were I can feel, for a moment or two, that I am marooned on an uninhabited island and that the rat race will never be part of my life again. But there I go again dreaming of my utopian life.
The reality is that you will most probably end up on a beach paying for your lounger and shade umbrella. You will most likely be sitting cheek to jowl with those on the lounger next to you. You will start thinking, is there any difference between this and that cramped flight you just got off? Well if you had taken a few minutes during your holiday planning and thought maybe those jaw dropping beach scenes in the brochures may not actually be true, or at least staged.
Holiday planning is the most essential part of any holiday, would you agree? Then why let someone in the travel agents plan your holiday for you? Do you honestly believe that he/she know the best Thailand beaches or is it possible that they only recommend those that are most popular? What makes these places popular? Nice beaches or high commission rates to travel agents?
So how do you know what is the best destination for your treasured break to your chosen destination? Easy really do your own research. With the ever growing world of Web 2.0 it has never been easier to get a real persons opinion of an destination. Search face book groups or blogs etc for your destination and find out what previous visitors to Thailand beaches thought of them.
In this page I wanted to try and get across to people that holiday planning is so important before you actually get to your destination. I choose Thailand beaches to explain this because of a recent conversation I had with someone who just came back from their holiday to Thailand and didn't have the best time there.
Thailand is a wonderfull country to visit. It has almost everything you could wish for on in a holiday destination, if only you take a few minutes to do some research into your dream destination.
