Review on Gaiam Mini Stepper

This is something the Yoga and Pilates fans will enjoy. So what is the Gaiam Mini Stepper? It's an exercise tool that's boasts a 2-in-1 feature workout system that allows you to build muscle strength, tone your body and increase endurance, while burning off some of those nasty calories!! Who doesn't want some nicely toned hips, calves, waists and thighs, eh? It does all of this while the resistance cords (2nd step) help shape other parts of your upper body like your arms, shoulders and back.

The nice thing about this cutie is it's size. it's large enough to give your body a great workout, and small enough to store away or take traveling with you when you go away on holidays etc. The equipment weights about 10lbs, so it's not bad to lug around some some other free-standing equipment, and the actual construction of it is well made, featuring nonskid rubber feet for stability, an adjustable knob to adjust the level you want to work out at and a computer that tracks the elapsed time and steps.

All in all, it's a good product. It is not something I think I would recommend for people that are just curious about getting into exercise, as the price can be a bit hefty but for those already into fitness that make it an everyday part of life - it's a great investment for your body!!
