The e cigarette is one of the most revolutionary devices to come along in decades.  It is literally changing the lives of millions of people across the world.  Whether you are a smoker or not cigarettes affect your life, and that is the reason that so many local communities have enacted smoking bans and restrictions across the globe.  With tax hikes and smoking bans you would think that we would be seeing a huge reduction in the number of smokers, but unfortunately we aren’t due to one simple fact.  It is hard to quit smoking.  Smokers are called weak and undisciplined but the fact is nicotine is the most addictive drug known to man.

Along comes the e cigarette.  It isn’t a quit smoking device but simply an alternative to smoking that should satisfy both smokers and non smokers.  Smokers can continue their habit without endangering the people around them with secondhand smoke and irritants.  E cigarettes are almost exactly like smoking; the vapor produced feels like smoke and can even taste like smoke depending on the flavor that the user chooses.  But it won’t stain your teeth; make your hands, body, and surroundings smell like smoke.  It does not contain any carcinogens or obviously put off any secondhand smoke to endanger the people around you.  They can legally be used in all of the places where cigarettes are now banned, but you should obviously check with the owner of the establishment first.

I was a smoker for 25 years before I found the e cigarette and I could not be happier.  My family allows me to use it in the car and inside the house.  They don’t smell it and it doesn’t bother them in any way.  It does take a little getting used to, but once you do there is no turning back.  The money I have saved by not smoking is also incredible.  E cigarettes are far cheaper than tobacco and getting cheaper all the time do to the increased taxes and prices hikes by big tobacco companies.  I hope that if you are a smoker and are looking for an alternative that you will consider e cigarettes they really are amazing.  If you do I recommend the pen style e cigarette even though it is larger and doesn’t look like a cigarette it is the closest thing to regular cigarettes that you will find.
