Bee pollen is a dietary supplement that has been well known for thousands of years. Sometimes referred to as our "super food"

The most amazing thing about bee pollen is it's ability to provide your complete system with all the vital nutrients you need to survive it contains over 90 nutrients 22 amino acids, vitamin C, B-complex and folic acid, polyunsaturated fatty acids, enzymes, and caroten. It also contains many trace elements which include iron, zinc, copper, calcium, manganese, magnesium, and potassium which your body cannot manufacture itself. This can help your immune system immensely.

  1. it provides resistence to allergies such as hayfever and asthma, it is given in small doses to reduce sensitivity in a sufferer.
  2. it has anti inflammatory properties

  3. It can also benefit those with benign prostate hyperplasia (an enlaged prostrate) "It is common as a man ages for the prostate gland to become enlarged " it helps shrink it.
  4. it can slow the aging process

  5. aid weight loss, improves metabolism

  6. improve sexual function
  7. increase sperm count

  8. increase energy, stamina and endurance (some top athletes take it faithfully)
  9. helps ease depression and stress
  10. acne,psoriasis
  11. colon infections and digestion problems
  12. reduces fatigue, muscle weakness
  13. it can help relieve insomnia
  14. improve brittle hair and nails

  15. it can help conception problems by stimulating the ovaries and improve egg quality

Bee Pollen can be eaten raw simply as it is, as a nutritious and healthy snack, or you can try sprinkling it on cereal, muesli, porridge, cereal or yoghurt, stirring it into warm drinks or blending it into smoothies and dessert

Bee pollen tends to be a very safe supplement, with no serious side effects. However please be extra careful when purchasing it as not all bee pollen supplements are created equal, choosing the wrong supplement can mean the difference between vibrant health, and no therapeutic benefits at all. Also Keep in mind Bee pollen should not be taken if you are allergic to bee stings as you could indeed have an allergic reaction to this
