Weight loss surgery can be helpful,especially if you need to loose weight really fast without  doing much excercise or dieting.It can sometimes can be fatal too, a small amount of people ,(less than six percent) die after a weight loss surgery.This can be easily avoided ,if you do the right excercises and other good and healthy practices.

It is important to remember that every bariatric surgeon does not perform the same procedure of surgery weight loss and dietary guidelines that will be different for each surgeon and each type of procedure. The most important thing is that they strictly abide by his surgeon recommended guidelines.When you start eating solid foods, it is essential to chew well. You will not be able to eat steaks or other chunks of meat if they are not ground or chewed thoroughly.Do not drink liquids while eating. That will make you feel full before you have consumed enough food.Omit desserts and other items with sugar listed as one of the first three ingredients.Avoid carbonated beverages, high-calorie nutritional supplements, drinks, foods high in fat and foods high in fiber. Avoid alcohol.Limit snacks between meals
