Cardio Twister Reviews - Making Exercise Fun

For a workout with a twist, for great leg, butt, ab, shoulder and arm toning, try the fun Cardio Twister.

This is a home exercise machine in the form of a stepper with handlebars attached, and the idea is that you work your legs on the stepper while the handlebars move automatically from side to side, creating a great twisting workout that firms and tones the abs and obliques.

No Gym Membership Required!

As an added bonus, you are also working your upper body at the same time; a truly time efficient way to tone great looking shoulders, back and arm muscles, and best of all you can do this at home when it suits you! No more trying to get to the gym in all weathers and trying to fit your workouts around the responsibilities of working, running the home and being the kids personal chauffeur.

It is very hard indeed to find any time for yourself at all, let alone the minimum two hours needed to go to the gym, so added to the draining of your bank balance will be the guilt of wasting money because you're not using your membership.

The Cardio Twister System Is Affordable

If you are paying for a gym membership, you feel obliged to go; if you are too busy with work and family (and who isn't?), then you have the added pressure of feeling guilty about wasting money, and I find I often deal with this by eating too much and then feeling even more guilty when I put on weight!

Costing in the region of $160, the Cardio Twister works out at around the same price of a single months gym membership, which makes it excellent value for money. It does not take up much space as it can be placed in any room in your house, and the stepper element will not only work your thighs and hamstrings but also the inner and outer thigh.

Get The Cardio Twister And Make Exercising Fun

The problem areas of the inner and outer thigh also have to work, due to the lateral movement, which gives a toned shape, and with six levels of resistance, the Cardio Twister can easily be changed from a purely cardiovascular workout for the heart and lungs to a toning workout that sculpts and shapes the muscles of the thighs and butt.

At the same time, the handlebars turn and your torso rotates, working those elusive muscles of the stomach, waist and hips to give you a fabulous, toned tummy and sleek waistline.

The Cardio Twister makes your exercise sessions fun! Combine three sessions a week with a healthy eating programme and some other regular exercises, and in an amazingly short time you will see your body shape start to change, your muscles will tone and become defined and you will start to lose weight.
