The Truth About Six Pack Abs claims to be the number one rated abs program on the internet. I wanted to see if author Mike Geary's system live up to it's hype. He promised to:

  • Rev up your metabolism with his 15 secrets
  • To reveal his six secret weapon exercises, building a hard core
  • He has cutting edge exercises specifically designed to rip your abs up

He promises much more and guarantees The Truth About Six Pack Abs delivers and builds rock hard abs. Eye popping abs are something men and woman both dersire, but I wanted to know does his program really work? Will it deliver on it's promise or is just a scam designed to siphon money from hard working people like me and you.

I started implementing his methods and though I did not see immediate results I saw a noticeable improvement in the third week. I knew I would not see exactly what I wanted to see for sometime, since I had an ample supply of "blubber" around my mid-section. But, after trying it out I actually started to see the ripple effect after 6 weeks. I had to make some major adjustments to my diet, but it was worth it in the end.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs is not like most ab programs, well what I mean to say is that it works. You must come to the realization that a lifestyle change is in order. I had to sacrifice a lot of things I enjoy, namely beer, but I know this summer when I take my shirt off at the beach I will owe my eye popping abs to Mike Geary's training. I even feel much better about myself and I have gained more confidence. In fact I like going through life with people staring at my abs instead of gawking at my fat belly. Please if you are a serious candidate and want to change your physique and build six pack abs and have more self confidence, I suggest visiting  ->>> The Truth About Abs..

The Truth About Abs Dietary Foods

Something that I found difficult in the beginning was the conditioning I had etched into my mind. I always relied on quick foods. They were usually fast food resteraunts that gave me the instant gratification feeling we rely on as a society. I rarley went to the grocery store and I was certainly not picking up health food when I a arrived.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs will really change the way you see your dietary intake. You will have to probably for the most part make some drastic changes in how you eat but it is so well worth it.

You will need to add some of these foods to your kitchen:

  • Fish - Like Salmon and Mackeral, you can even eat shrimp.
  • Flax seed - Great way to eat this is with 100% natural peanut butter on a whole wheat bagel.
  • Whole eggs - but you will be eating a lot of egg whites so get used to them.
  • Almonds and other nuts - Nuts like almonds are a great source of healthy fats.
  • Oatmeal - Steel cut is the best, but since I am lazy in the morning, I usually use already packaged oatmeal.

Me in my fourth week of losing weight.

Here is a way to get started, Breakfast staples: Egg Whites and Oatmeal, Lunch:Roast Beef, Turkey and Lean Cuts of protein, Dinner: Fish, Chicken, etc..

Try to eat 6 small meals a day.

If people are bullying you it's because of their insecurities, they have failed to realize the inner beauty in peope. We are not what are outward appearance show, but how we are on the inside.

Ignore the ingnorant!

Hope this helps

I'm just wondering, before I buy this.. does it work for a vegetarian? I eat no meat, but seafoods are OK. (No chicken/beef/pork etc, but shrimp/fish is fine). Didn't see anywhere on the website if it would work for people like me..

Also, how would one in school manage to eat 6 small meals a day?

Thanks

Well if your in school, I had a tough time eating healthy, so I know how you feel.

I would just supplement between meals with protein bars and shakes. Tuna fish and other high protein lean fish would work fantastic.

Just make sure you eat a carb and protein with each meal, it helps the metabolism keep firing.

Hey. Thanks for the review. This one actually seems trust worthy. But I was wondering, does this program take a lot of time? Like - the dietary meals, do they take long to prepare, etc? I'm a university student, and I live by myself, so I may not have as much time to devote myself to this.

Also, I'm not sure if you would have the answer to this, but I'm actually at a pretty average weight already. I'm 5'7, and I weight 115. Will the program still work for me? Thanks!

Yes Christina you should try it and see if it's right for you. I think the trial cost is only a couple of bucks, so it shouldn't hurt to try it out and see if it's right for you.

Thanks for the comments. Like the vegetarian, I have a special diet issue to consider, too. I'm allergic to wheat and have been trying to stay completely gluten free? Is this possible with this program?

Trainer Bob  says:

Yes, it's totally possible. You just need to alter the foods you intake for those without gluten, but surely possible.
