The Time to Step Up Is Now

Being a network marketing coach I speak with a lot of people on the phone. People I never met before. People who found me on the internet. It is called Social Networking. I do believe in the name Social Networking but the only problem I have with that is most of the time it is not a one on one training. It is mostly by telephone. I am hoping that soon I will be able to go on the road and talk to large groups of people.

The main reason why people work with me is because I build trust first. The first conversation I have is always about their family, needs and wants. I want to find out what is it they really want. I want to get to know about them.

Most of the people I talk with have no idea what they really want. They all have their WHY but many of them lost the determination to go after their WHY. The older we get we lose the power of dreaming. We need to go back when we were 5 years old and start dreaming and believe that what we dream about we are going to get it. Do you remember Christmas? And when you went to the tree many of things you wanted was under the tree. Go back to that day.

I am sick and tied hearing so much negativity on the news and TV. Let’s start talking positive and tell people to go after their dreams and goals. What ever the mind can conceive one can achieve. The Time To Step Is Now. Just go out there and do it. God has given everyone of us that power. Make 6 peoples day today and tell them to go out there and do the same.

We are in Social Networking. To me is means being Social able. Find something to talk about when you are standing in line. I call it FORM. Family, Occupation, Recreation and Message. That is it. If you talk about that you will find peoples needs and wants. Do not talk about your opportunity. They don’t care about it until you build trust and then show them how your opportunity can help them get what they want.

People today do not have a plan B. We know that our plan A is not working. People are looking for a change. If you have what people need then build that trust. The economy is hurting and I am sure what you have can help masses of people.

Learn how to talk with people. Remember we are in Social networking. Network Marketing works and it is working for millions of people around the world. There is no reason why it can’t work for you.

Learn this business either by finding a mentor or going on the internet and finding books to read. The internet has all you need to start a home base business. The more you Learn the More You Earn. That is a fact. You have the opportunity for people. All you need is FAITH and never give up.

The people that give up are the ones that blame everybody but them self. Don’t be one of those. If referral marketing doesn’t work for you the only person you have to blame is your self. Don’t blame your up-line, don’t blame the company and don’t blame the person who sponsored you. Be a self-start and just go out there and do it. It works.

People are looking for leaders. So many people have lost their 9-5 job and have no idea what to do. Many of them want to start a home base business but just don’t know how to start a home base business. Be the one to help them. Just ASK.

I am a firm believer that to be a leader and you have to lead by example. Study, read, motivate make money and they will follow you. When that happens watch you down-line grow and watch the money come in. This is not easy and I don’t want you to think that this is easy. Ask Michael Jordon, Bill Gates, President Obama or any successful person. Success lives clues. Go out there and find the clues. The business of Network Marketing, Referral Marketing, Social Marketing, Direct Sales, and Multi Level Marketing works. No matter what you want to call this opportunity it does work.

Stop listening to broke people. There are 2 kinds of people those who do and those who don’t do it. Those who are consumer and those who are merchants. Consumers spend money and merchants make money. Being in Network marketing makes you a merchant. Every time someone buys you make money. You also have leverage. Other people you don’t even know making you money. Plus many network marketing companies have what is call residual income. Income that might never stops coming in. You see there is a lot to learn about network marketing. Change the way you think and lean this great business. It just might work.
