Timeshare Donation is not a Relief

Timeshare owners are finding it hard to find relief by selling their Timeshare properties. These owners have decided to get rid of their ownership because it has turned out to be more of a wasteful expense than a beneficial option. So, they try to find ways to do away with their Timeshare. They sell it to hopefully willing buyers to no avail. Then, they turn to a Timeshare Reseller to optimistically help them find a buyer. Unfortunately, they realize that it is actually more of an additional expense than a good option after knowing that the Reseller cannot successfully find a buyer himself. So, they are left with another payable season until they hear information that other Timeshare owners donate their Timeshare ownership to organizations or foundations just to relieve themselves of the responsibility to pay for the membership.

Foundations and organizations would naturally be glad with the donation. Until they realize that it is a Timeshare property and with it comes the responsibility to pay for the necessary dues that are expected from Timeshare owners. They then realize as well that instead of being an asset, it is actually a liability which will really cost the organization or the foundation. Good for foundations that know they actually have an option to sell it. But what about those that are unaware of that alternative? They will be left with the responsibility to pay for the dues.

A word of advice to foundations, Timeshare donations are far from being a relief nor is it beneficial, so do not be swayed to accept such offer.

Timeshare donation is usually the last resort in getting rid of a timeshare. The owner can still have other better options in getting rid of a timeshare. He/she can still recover some costs that he/she paid for that property. The Timeshare Relief can provide the owners wanting to get rid of their timeshares an intelligent exit strategy to get rid of that timeshare. This is a reliable company as it is well-recognized as one of the fastest growing firm in the US.

Timeshare Relief: How to Avoid Scam Negotiations

Most timeshare owners wanting to dispose their timeshare properties are lured into the seemingly effective tactics of scammers. Why not when the falling victims are usually convinced of scammers that higher yields await them in doing transactions with these scammers. So before considering the offer, consider the following reminders.

Be careful with the common techniques used by the unscrupulous negotiators. You may receive an e-mail or a phone call from an assuming buyer or reseller convincing you that they have seen your ad for the time shared property. Most of the times they offer to purchase your timeshare with the price that you have offered or higher with resellers. However, part of the whole scenario is a huge upfront fee before you get the copy of the contract or the offer. And here’s the hardest part, once the scammers receive the payment, you can no longer contact the supposedly buyer or reseller.

As part of making sure you get timeshare relief, it is highly recommended that you never do negotiations over the phone or through any forms of mails. Once you receive an anonymous call claiming that he or she is willing to buy your timeshare property, be careful. Consider a background check to find out about their reputation through various consumer organizations or qualified sources that reports about existing scams. In the case of resellers, try to verify whether they are licensed to sell real estate properties. As much as possible, do business with trusted people and have it the legal means.

Selling your timeshare can be difficult especially with the existing crisis. But it is never an excuse to jump off right away with every offer that comes along your way.
