60Here are some good tips for having a nice sleep.
- Drink less fluid before going to bed.
- Avoid heavy meals before going to bed time.
- Exercise regularly, but do in the daytime.
- Consume less or no caffeine and avoid alcohol.
- You can walk in cool breeze about an hour before going to bed.
- Daily go to bed at same time regularly.
- Don't do daytime tasks in bed.
- Read an hour or two before going to bed.
- Have hot baths and someone give massage.
- Try to keep your bedroom dark.
- Turn off the computer and TV an hour before going to bed.
- Don't keep your mobile switched on near your bed, the vibration will disturb you.
- Cut off sodas and coffees after 12 noon.
- Think of a beach or resort or things that will calm your mind.
- And if nothing in the above points work, take sleeping pill.

I have a hard time sleeping - not getting to sleep, but staying to sleep. It is partly because of an overactive bladder, but after I have gotten up, it takes quite a while before I can go back to sleep. I take melatonin tablets sometimes and that seems to help a little. Love the pictures.
