- Give in to it
- Find a way of overcoming it
anxiety wastes time, energy and weakens you physically and mentally, so i would rather learn to overcome it in order to stop suffering and filling unhappy
Here are the tips
- Always be busy because by doing something you keep your mind off anxiety, reading, chatting, exercising your body are some of the ways to be busy,never sit around thinking about problems because it increases anxiety
- Always use positive, cheering and motivating words, this improves your positive thinking and reduce anxiety
- Learn self discipline and control over your feelings because lack of these will eventually accelerate your anxiety
- Should always have yuor programme for the day because they direct your thought and feelings towards achieving your goals but not towards worries and anxiety.
- you should not always keep your anxiety to yourself, always try to talk about it to someone you trust because there is always someone who has the right answer to your problems.
- Watching comedies, or cracking jokes always drive anxiety away
- Always find something to make you happy before going to bed or else i swear you wont sleep becauase worries is the greatest enemy of sleep but the brother of anxiety
