Be ALIVE while you are alive.

Be Surrounded with what you love. or whom you love.
Whether its family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Let your home be your resort.

Take Care of your Health.
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

Dont feel guilty.
Dont take guilty trips.
Take trips to malls, places, cities or may be to a foreign country.
