Some blogger may confuse the famous topic that gives us more dollars. I have also experienced in building dozen blog. I admire that some niche did not invite more than 10 visitors a day. Of course, it will not give me any penny.

I also try finding which site that could give me more bucks. Unfortunately, I could not find any satisfying answer. I also ask to forum but the other member says that any topic is good. If you could manage a topic, you will get more traffic.

After I read a blog post, I believe some topic could get traffic. These good topics are:

1. Lifestyle

Some blog that has lifestyle niche is make magazine, craft, trend hunter, how about orange, designers block, travel rants, PR couture

2. Freelances or blog niche which provide freelance job

Freelance folder, DIY Photographer, GO Media Zine, Freelance writing Gigs, Photography bay.

3. Real estate or blog niche about real estate

Inman, mortgage news daily, Tallahase real estate blog, housing wire, Lanser on Real Estate, agent genius

4. Internet business

Dosh dosh, shoemoney, Christine middlebrook, blogtrepeneur, atniz, techhnible, dollar shower, and successfool.

5. Home bussinees

Sparkplugging, Ittybiz, home base business idea, work at home revolution and empowering mom.

6. Restaurant

Amateur gourmet, Ethicurean, cooking with amy, vanilla garlic, Once upon a feast

7. Sports

Biz of baseball and Sports agent Blog

8. Pet care

About com dog, about com cat, Pet connection and healthier dog.

9. Construction

BLDBLOG, A daily dose of architecture, Green building elements and Greener building.

1. Choose the topic that you have passion to read it.If you have no passion, you are better to leave the topic. It could make your head sick.
2. Most the top niche topic has much blog so you must have great competitor. You should be patient to get more bucks. You should work hard to post and promote your blog so you are the number one.
3. Find the niche that fits with your background, hobby, interest, and jobs.You will be happy to write if you explain your hobbies.
4. Find niche that has the source of article. It is difficult to write any article without any information.
5. You have similar education background with your nice topic. If you are an engineer, you have better to build a blog about engine. You can be famous with your blog.
6. If you want money, you should find niche with high paying keywords.

You may try any topics that you like. I have tried at least seven niches. Finally, I decide to write only three niches i.e. finance, pet and politics.
