10) Aaron Ramsey (Midfield) - This young footballer has impressed for Arsenal since his switch from Cardiff and is already a key player for the Wales international team.
9) Carlos Vela (Attacker) - A very impressive player for Arsenal but has not been given enough playing time to show his true potential but sure to be a key player for Arsenal in the coming years.
8) Rafael Da Silva (Defender) - Has shown glimpses of true potential when called upon for Manchester United and being brazilian we can expect big things from this player.
7) Franco Di santo (Attacker) - Has played a few games for Chelsea and has looked promising. He has also scored 2 goals in 6 appearences for Argentina U20's.
6) Steven Jovetic (Attacker) - Currently a Fiorentina player and has score 4 goals in 7 appearences for Montenegro and has also captined the U21 side at the age of 17.
5) Lorenzo De Silvestri (Defender) - Play's for Lazio and is regarded as one of the best youngsters in Italy, He is capped at every juniour level for Italy.
4) Philippe Coutinho (Midfield) - Currently plays for Vasco da Gama but is only on loan there from Inter Milan until 2010, this is because in Italy foreign players are not allowed to be played before the age of 18. He is regarded very high and has captined the U17 Brazil side.
3) Davide Santon (Defender) - He play's for Inter Milan having come through there youth system he was given a chance to play by Jose Mourinho and impressed in the league and Champions League handling the world player of the year Cristiano Ronaldo very well. He has also played his first International game for the Italy First team at the age of 17.
2) Bojan Krkic (Attacker) - He came through the Barcelona youth system and is currently in their First team. He is regarded very highly and has already played for Spain at underage levels.
1) Mario Balotelli (Attacker) - He is regarded as the best talent in Italy at the moment and is expected to become one of the best Italian fowards of all time. He play's for Inter Milan and has also played for Italy at U21 level, big things are expected but we will have to wait and see if he lives up to expectation.
