Staying healthy VS. losing weight

Are you ready to feel better about yourself? Are you tired of feeling sluggish all the time. Did your doctor tell you to lose weight? Take a breath and calm down. I may be able to help make the process a little less painful.Start by evaluating what you eat. Make a food diary for a couple of days. Is it filled with junk food and soda? Are you terrified at the prospect of giving these things up? Then don't. Let me explain I'm mot saying you can still keep on every day eating brownies for breakfast and lard pies for dinner. if you add healthy foods into your diet and start exercising There is no reason that you cant have the things you can't live with out, sparingly. Its all about portion control. You will not only feel better mentally you will feel better physically also. There is a study published in 2005 conducted by statistics Canada,and the McGill University ,that shows that people slightly overweight but not obese live longer than people with higher or lower BMIs. Good health is more important than just numbers on a scale. Every day you should try to incorporate these super foods into your diet and you will notice the difference in no time.
