Acne Treatment, your choice.
Acne hits almost everybody. If you have it you are normal and you can fix it. Make it gone. WE all (95%) suffer from zits but this is especially true during the adolescent years where the hormones are raging and the pimples are breaking out every minute. Of course it is also frustrating for adults who suffer this condition even beyond their teens. Acne commonly appears on the face, neck, chest and back. People argue on the causes of acne. I believe there is no singular definitive reason for its occurrence. However one beasty does raise it's head in almost every serious acne discussion, his name is sebum. Having said this I wish to also say I am sure it is more a combination of possible factors and we must educate ourselves if we want acne gone. Some of the factors include hormonal imbalances during adolescents or pregnancy and body toxicity.
Acne cures, natural chemical, diet.
There are different methods to cure acne. Squeezing pimples is one commonly used method. So if you are squeezing pimples you are quite common and you are also nuts. Never ever squeeze a zit. No not even in anger. No not just the one easy to get zit that is going to ruin your chance of doing a good job interview, (yer O.K. we all know I am talking about the interview with your partner to be but for the mature readers we talk about job interviews) If you are plagued by this condition, you could try the natural methods like taking herbal meds or supplements, not necessarily any vitamin off the shelf. Some will harm as the contain gelatin which can support funnel blockage. Of course you could try OTC or over-the-counter medications. Although you cannot really be sure of a definitive cure if you just want to pay money and slap it on. I will say that many medications available can "spot" treat a pimple. You can also look into some medical acne treatment procedures. The drawback to these procedures, however, is that they could be a bit expensive and maybe even a little draconian, you know sledge hammer to drive a thumb tack.
The cure will always differ from one person to another depending on their skin type but all have basics in common. OTC medications may work for mild cases of acne; but may not work for severe acne infection. The latter may require that you visit your doctor first. For this type of acne, the dermatologist would have to prescribe oral medications.
If you would like to try alternative treatments like herbal treatment and supplements, you should discuss this with your doctor first before you actually adopt the treatment. Although frankly I have found most doctors have not researched acne to deeply at all they can keep you safe. You should consider a change of diet and there is a lot to be read on this subject. Do the study.
Effective Acne Treatment
If you have been suffering from recurring acne, you are probably looking for the most sustainable acne treatment. Unfortunately, some acne cases do not respond to medications or are difficult to treat. This is especially true when the acne is caused by hormonal changes or genetic predisposition.
You have to take into consideration your skin type when choosing your acne treatment. You should also consider your skin type when taking care of your skin. People with dry skin often become confused when they get acne as it is usually thought that those with oily skin are most prone to suffer. I wrote a little on this topic earlier but believe me. Dry skin is very prone to acne and you can do something about that. Moisturizing their skin will greatly help eliminate the problem. Oh man I am getting breathless writing this. Oily skin is a problem but now I say moisturize the skin. Isn't moisturizer oil? Then we go on to think about the fact that if you have oily skin you should avoid overdoing washing. Look it is late and I have said enough for one day. I will keep posting articles and tell you what I know. If you feel an urgent need to know more now I don't mind if you email me. But I promise I will type as fast as I can. Please excuse the typos.

Treatments from the comfort of your home
There are a wide variety of treatments that are available at most drug stores and health stores that you can easily take home with you and work with. Taking into consideration that ridding yourself of acne is a 3 or 5 step process you should be able to work out a daily routine that will improve the appearance of your acne.
Face Wash - Using a face wash daily is very important to keep your skin clear of unwanted oils and potential bacteria that accumulates throughout the day. Choose a face wash that is right for your skin type and use it religiously to keep your skin looking healthy and fresh. This means washing your face as soon as you wake up in the morning to take off that second skin of sweat and oils that you managed to work up during your sleep. Also, take the time to wash your face before going to bed every night. And, if you are into sports or rigorous activities, you should be washing your face after you're done to keep the oil production under control.
Exfoliate - Exfoliating purifies your skin by removing oils, bacteria, and dead skin cells. Face washes alone aren't able to provide the type of deep cleaning sensation that exoliants provide. Using an exfoliant is more of a preventative measure against acne so you shouldn't be using it after a major outbreak. You'll only succeed in aggravating your skin and possibly making the acne worse.
Face mask - There are many different face masks available on the market today, and even more that you can easily put together yourself. Identify what kind of condition your skin is in (dry acne, oily acne) and find a face mask that will help counteract the problem. The ingredients of face masks work well by rejuvenating skin and giving it a deep clean, clearing pores and getting your skin off to a fresh start.

Clinical Treatments
If your acne is really stubborn and refuses to budge, maybe it's time to see your family physician and ask some questions. There are medical treatments and medications that are available for acne but you will need to be referred to a specialist by your doctor.
Laser Treatment - This is the most popular and successfully proven form of acne treatment, if not a bit costly. It removes blemishes at a fairly deep level, erasing scars, and evening out pigmentation problems that you may have. Before you dive into this form of treatment, you should first consider if the severity of your acne warrants such a treatment.
Dermabrasion - If you have a lot of acne scars and want to smooth them down (and don't really want to invest in laser treatment) you can look into dermabrasion. Before you go ahead with this treatment, make sure that you know what you're getting into. This process involves using an abrasive rotary tool that works kind of like a sander by removing the top layers of the skin in order to smooth out blemishes and scars. The recovery time for this process is of course longer than laser treatment so that's another thing that you need to think about.
Regardless of whatever treatment you do decide on, make sure that you get all the facts and know of all the potential dangers and side effects before you choose one of these methods as a cure to your acne.

"do not pick or pop pimples", this is very sound advice. It's unfortunate the number of people who still continue to do this and make their condition worse.
Possible complications commonly associated with dermabrasion: fever blisters Dermabrasion can cause fever blisters to reappear in those who are prone to frequent Herpes infections. Anti-viral medications are often used to treat this symptom. pigmentation changes Some individuals may develop a change in the pigmentation of their skin after undergoing the procedure. Treatment for this symptom may include the use of bleaching creams, as prescribed by a physician. A decrease in pigmentation can be permanent. thickened skin Thickening of the skin can develop. This symptom may be treated with cortisone creams or injections which help the skin return to its' normal state.

This article sure reminds me of my adolescent years and my mother giving me the same advice but still I'd sneak off to the bathroom mirror to zap that zit by squeezing it and then she'd get angry!
Good advice here and nice videos!
