And the best tricep exercises are...

Building up impressive arms is only a matter of right tricep exercises. This is what I've been told literally everywhere - and it is true.

Really, start growing your triceps and your arms will look more massive. I don't tell you to skip bicep exercises, but: your triceps make up to 2/3 of your arm muscles. Should be a good enough reason to focus arm workouts on that one.

I started out with a 12inch arm when I signed contract for the gym and never really get it growing in two years. When I focussedon my triceps I gained two inches in 7 weeks! I think the secret is, not to make it too complicated when it comes to the actuall exercises. Here are my three favorites, that made my 14 inch arm possible in less than 2 months:

  1. Dips

    The best tricep exercises I think. Beginners may start with bench dips, advanced use bar dips, maybe even with additional weight
  2. Bench Press with hands close

    I like that one cause it allows heavy weights
  3. Kickbacks

    I often did kickbacks to fully exhaust the triceps at the end of my workout
