A really good way to get leads for you to promote your site to, is via the traffic exchanges, all one needs to do is to put a splash page together, together with the opportunity for people to 'optin' and you have your leads, it is advisable, to have a bribe, say, free advertising, a free ebook the list goes on, make sure you have at least 5 emails in your autoresponder explaining why the person should buy your products.

Of course, you can buy leads in bulk, but I would do this with caution, you never know, where they come from, and you could be done for spamming, this could lead to you loosing your isp, and the sites you are promoting, so stay clear of buying bulk leads at all costs!
