EDITORIAL REVIEW

As a former Division I student-athlete I can honestly say Turbulence Training is a well put together workout program that can benefit everyone from the beginner to the advanced.


The workout modules are highly effective for getting in shape, building muscle, and fatburning. I have been able to conduct these workouts as soon as I get home from work in as little as 20 minutes. The workouts are challenging and also fun to do.

The printable workout charts are easy to use and helps you to keep accurate records of your workout. Interval training is a huge component of the workouts as well. Considering I hate spending long hours working out the circuit training that is entailed in the workouts allow me to get them done in a very convenient fashion without feeling cheated.


There are really no disappointments with this product. Some may say that the diet and nutrition section could be more comprehensive. However, I find that those comprehensive diet programs are costly in terms of buying food and are too strict. Craig's nutritional guide and resources hit it right on the head.
