Uncover happiness in your life. You are a unique and happy being and have been from the beginning of time. From the Bible, "God created you in his image." You can uncover in your life at any moment, or if you are more metaphysical in thought, you are part of the Universe and you are happy in every way, from the beginning of the Universe. You have only abundance and happiness in your life. You have amazing power to be or have anything including happy in your life if you truly want it. But you have to be crystal clear about what you want and no waffling.  Is it easy?  That depends on how you think.

The problem lies in the fact that in order to truly uncover happiness in your life you need to stop blocking yourself from that happiness, it is already right here with you! This is the way you must think at all times, especially when you doubt yourself!

You have, and all humans on this, sometimes, mixed-up global sphere we call Earth, have a defense mechanism -called their subconscious mind, that truly effects what we do and think in our conscious everyday lives. It was put in you to keep you safe and give you anything your mind and heart truly desire. It is one of the creators greatest gifts to you that you can use every day.

The problem is you need to be able to control it. Your subconscious can unlock all your dreams and uncover happiness in your life but you need to know how to truly direct it to only the things that you really want and think about, and not the negative and self-defeating thioughts that we all have like, "I am not happy." or "I do not deserve happiness." Or, "I am not good enough." We tell our subconscious one minute, " I WANT HAPPINESS!" and the next we think, "I hope I get it, or I hope nothing bad happens to get in the way of me getting it," sending your subconscious exactly what you wished for or imagined last. So you get the thing that gets in your way of wealth, because you worried about it and gave that thing energy. Your subconscious is programmed to help you get exactly what you think or imagine.

So it hears, he or she really doesn't know if they want happiness, so I better not give it to him or her. You end up not doing the things or thinking the thoughts that allow you to uncover happiness in your life.

What do you need to do to program your subconscious to acheive the things and happiness that you really want? First, you have to know what you do not want and then want the opposite.  If you do not want to be sad in your list, then your things that you want list would be, "I am Happy."  It is important to think and behave as if you already are happy.  Each time you do this, you grow a part of your brain that is responsible for happy thoughts.  If you stop using the sad thoughts part of your brain, it actually shrinks.  Look it up, scientists are finding out amazing things about the brain and how it physically works.

Each night before you go to sleep, do something to affirm to yourself/your subconscious, in strong emotional terms that you already have and feel the happiness! This is hard to do, but it really works! Stand infront of a mirror and tell yourself what you have in your life, the life of your dreams whether you have it or not, but say it to yourself out loud with energy and positive, emotion as if you really have it. Describe how it looks, sounds, tastes, feels. Describe it as having happiness or better. End this 5-minutes to yourself, by telling yourself, " I love you(say your name)" You may laugh or cry or have no emotion at all, but do it anyway for 31 days until it becomes a habit. Could this be the most powerful habit you've ever formed if it gives you a way to get absolutely everything you want in your life? The ride is wild if you want to live the adventure of happiness.

Next, go to sleep and let your subconscious dream up ways to give you that happy life. You see there is a little, thought trick here, you can control for your subconscious mind. No matter what you imagine real or not, it has to give it to you. It does not choose the bad things you bring in your life or choose the good either it just delivers what you think, whether you are ready to admitt that to yourself or not. It chooses the last thing you thought about.

Now don't worry if you have a negative thought, you have time to cancel the thought if it is not really what you wanted to think. Just immediately say in your head, Cancel, Cancel, Cancel each time you do this and negative thoughts tend to come up less often as you grow that area of your brain, by repeating that excercise.

Your only job is to stay positive and true to the thought of the wonderful life you already have. Period. If your subconscious hears you talking about your wonderful, happy life, it will, say to itself, "Hey, he or she does not have that wealth right now so I had better find a way to give him or her what she really wants." While you sleep it sends you dreams, with ideas in them or works on a solution to uncover happiness in your life now and in your future.

Finally, when you get up, before you open your eyes, think about what your day should be like if it were perfect. See it as if it were a movie on the screen. Feel how good it feels. Feel how happy you are now. Then slowly wake up while counting to five slowly, so you do not go from a movie of happiness in your minds eye, to the harsh world of reality and get a headache.

Go out and have a great day and do this excercise in your life each day and you will tell the world that you are ready to accept happiness into your life and you will!!

You still have to do the work to accomplish this, but happiness generating thoughts/vibrations are sent to you, out of nowhere that will help guide you in the right direction, help you take the right moves, have the right things to say, and you will be open to meet the right people. You will not know how or when they will come to you but they will come to you if you truly belive you have and want happiness in your life.

When you approach everything in your day from a standpoint of you already have everything you need in your life right now, whether you do or not, including happiness in your life, everyone and everything looks better. You feel better about yourself. You accept situations where you might meet someone new, with energy and confidence. It is really amazing how your subconscious, once controlled, will help you during the day do the work and find everything your heart desires. You must be patient and not worry about when and how it is going to happen( that would take the surprise away and not be as fun!) just know and believe in your heart it is already happening and be happy. Something so simple can stop wars, build buildings, and yes, uncover happiness in your life.
