Good hub! John Bogle is an icon for ordinary investors.
Vanguard is the best for most people. It's one of the few major mutual fund organizations that avoided the conflicts and illegal actions revealed in the mutual fund scandals two years ago. Several of the other big money managers paid out billions to settle charges and lawsuits.
