VirtualEmployee.com wakes up an Outsourcing Giant
54Little innovation in the Outsource industry:
Recent years have witnessed the outsourcing sector starved of innovation, new ideas or a fresh approach. Although the outsourcing industry has grown markedly in recent years and is predicted to continue to do so, the outsourcing industry has remained fairly stagnant with respect to any “evolutionary” advancements. Aside from the outsourcing industry broadening its scope to knowledge process outsourcing fields such as law, accounts and engineering, the outsourcing sector has maintained its orthodox nature.
This is however until now; a US company – VirtualEmployee.com is now revolutionizing the outsourcing industry with its ground breaking outsource business model.
Outsource with VirtualEmployee.com?
VirtualEmployee.com is a US outsourcing service provider, with its head office located in India, New Delhi NCR (Capital of India). VirtualEmployee.com provides employees or “Virtual Employees” who work full time and directly for companies from the USA and Europe. The Virtual Employees work directly for the company from the USA or Europe but work from the VirtualEmployee.com head outsourcing office in India.
Innovative outsourcing with VirtualEmployee.com:
There are five key aspects of the VirtualEmployee.com outsourcing model which radically overhauls and completely changes the dynamics of outsourcing:
Outsource Any Office Work: With VirtualEmployee.com companies can outsource both technical/ specialist positions and non-core back office positions.
Outsource from your PC: VirtualEmployee.com does the “outsourcing” so you don’t have to. The Virtual Employee works for the client remotely from the head VirtualEmployee.com outsourcing office in India. Subsequently VirtualEmployee.com takes care of all recruitment, management, office hardware (PC, internet, scanner, printer, telephone..etc) and office space considerations. Hence the client does nothing except work with their employee.
Outsource with no min or max restrictions: When you outsource with VirtualEmployee.com you can hire 1, 10 or 100+ employees. You outsource as per your requirements; you don’t have to outsource whole departments and outsourcing even small volumes of work is feasible.
Not Outsourcing but hiring actual employees: The Virtual Employee works directly for and with the client. The Virtual Employee follows instructions just like any other “normal” employee would and is dedicated only to the clients requirements. The only difference is that the employee works remotely as opposed to physically from the clients office. Thus the process would more accurately be described as hiring employee(s) and not outsourcing.
Outsource for US$895 per month: The typical cost of a Virtual Employee working full time is US$895 per month. The cost of outsourcing is so low that any firm irrespective of size can hire a Virtual Employee.
SME’s can now outsource:
For several years only MNC’s such as Microsoft could outsource and hire full time employees in India. Contrastingly the SME outsource market has stood dormant (with respect to hiring full time employees).
SME’s can outsource to freelancers but actually hiring a full time employee from India was a distant dream. SME’s look to outsource small volumes of work, have small budgets and resources. This makes going to India and actually hiring permanent employees simply impractical, thus why SME’s have been vacant in this form of outsourcing.
Waking up an Outsourcing Giant:
This is where VirtualEmployee.com has truly woken an outsourcing giant. With VirtualEmployee.com SME’s are now too in a position to outsource and hire full time permanent employees from India. The potential and scale for SME - Virtual Employee outsourcing is truly gigantic.

Very interesting article; I am of the view that SME's require the benefits associated with outsourcing more than MNC's. VirtualEmployee.com could be a real break through for smaller companies that are struggling, not only financially but also in recruiting the required staff.
