No, it’s not Deepak Chopra! His name is Dattatreya Siva Baba, the Indian Guru who revealed the Ahh Meditation to Wayne Dyer and inspired the book, Manifest Your Destiny. In the videos he tells us how to accomplish the meditation so that we can manifest our intentions in a timely manner.

However, there may be one obstacle getting in the way of our manifesting and that is karma. He instructs that the throat and shoulder areas are where the karma blocks are located and can be removed with the mantra “Thiru Neela Kantum”. So, we really need to learn how to release the karmic blocks so that our manifestations can materialize in this life time.

Also, he informs us that the information from “The Secret” is not new. It has been used in India for over thousands of years. I wish he could have explained the extreme poverty that is, unfortunately, the experience of so many of the citizens of that country. That is something I have a difficult time understanding and I am sure I am not alone in my wondering. Certainly there is an explanation; I just don’t have it, yet.

Baba has explained that the poverty consciousness in India is due to the philosophy of negation of the physical i.e. the body and the material world. The west has the opposite problem with negation of the spirit and spiritual world. Both east and west must balance each other so to speak. Life needs to be 200%. 100% spiritual and 100% physical. This is Baba's teaching to my understanding.

I know that Baba - and ancient Vedic Literature - and Deepak Copra - reveals that we must accept the moment as it s. Whether is is abundant or impoverished, peaceful or full of strife. But focus on the fact that Baba - and ancient Vedic Literature - and Deepak Copra are INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE. And this computor - also known as modern technolgy - can reduce poverty and strife, and, maybe world war III. Must we today - during this period of modern technology -continue to accept the momentas it is? Or, will we amllow the elite class to CONTINUE institutionalised mis-education - also known as the hoarding of knowledge?

the message about west is that they are more physical than spirtual and east is more spritual than physical is acceptable message. it is now started getting balanced after which the real process is east and west should gradually march towards infinite solitude and peace ie is aim of human life.

Spirituality combined with irony?

Connie Lane's profile image is an interesting example of this. It's Kathryn Morris who plays Det. Lilly Rush in the Cold Case TV series.

Ironically funny because one of her Hot Hubs articles is titled, 'How to Spot a Fake'.

Living in Sedona (New Age town USA), and is a hyponotherapist, etc. one might assume more honesty would be forthcoming - especially in association with an article about spirituality.

And helping people lose weight? I wonder. Shouldn't the entire motivation about losing weight be based upon being honest with one's self and their body image?

Anyway, just throwing in my two cents...

I didn't mean to offend, or hurt or pass judgment on anyone. It's something I noticed immediately and just wanted to comment upon. I suppose I'm venting some frustration built up from reading about and witnessing so much (too much) insincerity lately.

Please accept my apologies Connie towards my disrespect to what appears to be a genuinely compassionate interest in assimilating information to others.

Namaste...
