Change of Plan
47Change Your Old Ways For New Ways
Well, Filipinos by nature always want "FREE" services and resources. And I am pretty sure you also want this. From zero cost to something, this is our big dream. Right???
Here's some of the e-biz laws that we have to understand first concerning cost.
- 1. There is no such thing as "Absolutely FREE" on the net.
- 2. The more you sow does not necessarily mean the more you reap.
Let us discuss the first law. Nothing on the net is absolutely free. Is there any business who really gives away their business? There is no such thing as free. Let me draw to you the picture.
The fact that you are reading this letters and training materials, you are already spending something in the form of time and labor. Or for example, you will see a site like this that offers you "FREE" ebook then you have to put your email address on it. In reality, you have exchanged your signature for that Free ebook. How about blogs? You will find lots of blogs on the net, like Wordpress and Blogger (the two blog giants), you can have your own web page or website for free, but was it really free? They are free, but they earn through you.
When you started posting content, it goes on with their business, providing quality content. They give you free website, but they also earn from you.
The second law is all about your investment on the net. You will see much HYPE that will lead you eventually to cost more than what you are planning. We did a simple computation yesterday about the PTC's right? It cost your time and labor working with the PTC's.
Here's the thing. You can earn more than that and you can OPTIMIZE your expenses by doing the right thing. This is the first step: Change your business plan. Stop PTC's and start your real business. Just leave the PTC's for business losers.
