Weight Loss Self Hypnosis

So many people out there are turning to weight loss hypnosis to help them drop a few waste sizes. I'm all for that! I truly believe that using hypnosis mind control to better yourself is great! However, since that kind of treatment can be very expensive, some people need an alternative.

For those of you that cant afford those high priced weight loss programs, you still have the power to help yourself lose weight through mind control! From day one of our lives, we have eaten on a (mostly) steady schedule. Sure, we may have skipped a meal or two in our days, but for the most part, we usually eat because we tell ourselves that its time to eat.

We Have Been Hypnotized Since Birth

Our minds are hypnotized to believe that we need so much food in order to normalize our days. When we don't eat what our minds tell us we need, we begin to feel hungry. That is our subconscious saying "Hey, aren't we supposed to have some new food in our stomach?"

Instead of trying to use weight loss hypnosis to shed some pounds, try to un-hypnotize your mind into believing that it needs to eat!

Snap Out Of Your Hypnosis!

There are a few ways you can do this. One way is to just break your routine, and tell your subconscious that you will eat when you are ready to eat, and no time sooner! Sure, it sounds easier than it really is, but think about it... You are ultimately in control of putting that food in your mouth, so stop the forceful pull from your subconscious, and refuse to eat!

Im not saying to starve yourself, so please don't take that the wrong way! What I mean by that is cut back! Instead of eating three times a day, eat twice. Instead of eating two sandwiches at lunch, eat one! If you can talk your mind into coming out of the hypnotic believe that it needs two sandwiches at lunch, you will begin to see results.

Another way of doing this is to allow the feeling of hunger to set in. You know... the growling stomach! Take yourself into a relaxed state when you feel those growls, and imagine that they are talking to you. You can hear them say "Put some food in my stomach". Now, since they are talking to you, they must want to have a conversation with you! So, start talking back to them (not out loud, but in your mind). Tell them that you will eat when you are ready to eat. Tell them that they need to stop being so obnoxious, or you will make them wait even longer! By using this <i>self hypnosis mind control technique</i>, those growls will get tired of talking to you, and run away! Congratulations, you just un-hypnotized yourself into thinking you need to eat!

Weight loss hypnosis is one of the most effective means of losing weight. Instead of paying someone to do it for you, do it for yourself, because its Free! Free is good, right? Its not as hard as you think. Use one of the techniques that I mentioned in this post, or come up with your own!

    Im sure you have seen those hypnosis mind control stage shows, where the morons that say they can hypnotize people grab random (actors) from the crowd and hypnotize them. Once they are in a trance, the hypnotist makes them do foolish things... Stage shows are seriously ruining the reputation of hypnosis, by making it a circus side show act! - 15 months ago
