If you have a really bad eating habit, it’s almost impossible to look slim as you wish. So, if you want to lose your weight, you must change your lifestyle first. Stop eating all that junk food and fast food. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages. If you still can’t remove those bad habits, you will end up in your desperation to lose your weight and stay slim.

In my humble opinion, Do-It-Yourself exercise is the best procedures that you can do. You don’t need to spend hundred to thousand of dollar to go to a clinic, or consult to an expert in weight loss area. This article will show you which weight loss exercise that can do by yourself. Here are some quick weight loss tips that can you do right now:
- Do exercise, and start it now! Don’t be lazy. From all of the tips, exercise is still my best advice if you want to lose some extra pounds. There’s no need of doing some expensive exercise. Do some simple exercise, like walk to the supermarket, walk with your dog every morning, and even cleaning your house. It’s easy, cheap, and no need any equipment. Believe me, if you do this exercise consistently everyday, it will shed extra pounds from your body.
- Don’t skip breakfast. Breakfast is very useful for your body. Just make sure you’re not eating a lot of calories on your breakfast. Eat some healthy foods, and you’ll have no worry with your body.
- Eat several small meals a day. Don’t go crazy eating 3 heavy meals a day. If you want to want to lose your weight, just eat several small meals a day. My best advice, don’t eat more than 5 small meals a day. You don’t need to have fasting everyday. Although fasting can also reduce your weight, but I think this option is a better way for you.
- Make a list of your calories consumptions. This list can be helpful to reduce unnecessary percentage of calories for your body. Of course we all need calories for our daily activities. But some surplus of calories will cause a lot of bad things for your body. My best advices, is to stop drinking some soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.
- Drink the right amount of water everyday. Believe me, for many sources that I’ve ever read, this step will help your body functioned well.
One thing that you should notice, that self discipline is the basic of all the tips I’ve mentioned above. Just don’t get lazy, do all of the tips consistently daily. I think those tips are easy enough to do. In my humble opinion, no weight loss tips are effective, if you don’t have any self discipline. First thing to do is to make a commitment with yourself. Then you can start doing the tips that I’ve mentioned.
