Alli / Orlistat Anal Leakage!

A Fast Food Society

Today’s fast food social environment has had negative effects on a majority of us specifically on weight gain and obesity. While fast food does provide us with the easiest way to fill our empty stomachs, it does not give us the proper amount of nutrients our body requires.

It's simple. A diet of too many bad fats and cholesterol puts our health at risk and greatly reduces the quality of life. However, all is not lost because people who have been through the same obesity or weight issues have found ways to shed off unwanted weight and regain a healthy life.

Weight Loss Drugs

While some people wont agree with weight loss drugs, still, these drugs do help with losing excess weight and detoxifying the body. However, something as important as detoxifying the body and such should not be taken without proper guidance from your health care practitioner as weight loss drugs do not work on everybody.

One of the most popular weight loss drugs that have been around for quite awhile is generically known as orlistat. It is not a hunger suppressant unlike other diet pills. What it does is it slows down the enzyme lipase which is responsible for fat absorption in the body. Whilst fat is needed by a healthy body, too much of it will have adverse effects on your health and weight.

Another form of weight loss drugs are the hunger suppressants, one of which is generically called sibutramine, which basically multiplies the number of certain brain chemicals to reduce food cravings.

A natural alternative that is often found in diet programs is a mineral called chromium picolinate. Chromium is believed to help the body process carbohydrates and fats. It is also extensively used throughout the muscle building industry. In 1995, Diane Stearns, PhD, at Dartmouth College conducted a study on this mineral which generated much criticism about its safety. In a test with hamster cells, chromium picolinate actually damaged the genetics. Further studies have suggested chromium picolinate causes oxidative stress and DNA damage.

Critics though claim the scientists used unrealistically high doses. There is little data however on the long-term safey of chromium use.

Before Taking Weight Loss Drugs

The most important thing you can do before starting on any short or long-term weight loss medication is to consult your doctor. Certain medical conditions are not compatible with any or all of the weight loss drugs today, so taking them on your own might put you at serious risk.

People with heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, and such are particularly more at risk. It is always best to do your own research on the weight loss drugs available for you today and discuss your research with your trusted physician or healthcare provider.

You might find that most diet pills are for short-term use only, so also take this up with your doctor since prolonged use can have adverse effects on your health.

My pleasure. Just be careful of what weight loss drugs you use. I would only recommend them as a last resort if no diet plan or regular exercise works for you.
