Morning workouts allow you to work more productively throughout the day due to the increase in energy and mental acuity levels associated with physical activity. It also makes sense to work out early so that you metabolism is elevated come lunch time - you'll burn off those calories more efficiently. Consistent exercise in the morning will help you get into the habit of being healthy.

Stretching And Proper Rest
