Also, many of the acne treatments on the market today make your skin more exposed and vulnerable to ultraviolet light, only increasing your risks which make the sun not a beneficial treatment.

  • It is harmful to squeeze my blemishes? Yes! Acne blemishes should not be picked or squeezed as they are already an inflammation and this type of action is only going to increase the spread of acid to create a larger and longer breakout.

  • My face is clear, should I stop acne treatment? When this day comes it is important to speak to your dermatologist regarding your acne treatment plans. The last thing you want to do is stop treatment and be right back where you started with acne breakouts.
