Best Exercise DVDs to Beat Belly Fat
Fancy losing your belly fat in the comfort of your own living room? Without forking out a fortune on home gym equipment? All you need is a DVD player, and one of these fabulous exercise DVDs!
Pump It Up! Ultimate Dance Workout
Pump It Up! is brought to you by the scantily clad ladies behind Eric Prydz's 'Call On Me' video. Set in the same location as Prydz's video, Pump It Up! mixes dance music with aerobic exercise.
The workout features routines and choreography demonstrated by Deanne Berry. Accompanied by eight backing dancers, the workout takes you through a warm up, three dance workouts, and a cool down.
Tracks include Call On Me (Eric Prydz), Pump It Up (Danzel), Do You Know (Angel) and Satisfaction (Benny Benassi).
The instructor Deanne is not patronising, but does not explain the dance moves brilliantly. However you should pick up the moves after a few tries.
The Jordan Workout
Jordan's workout is great fun, and really easy to follow. Katie's instructor Richard Callender gives some useful safety, breathing, hydration and posture tips, along with plenty of nutritional advice.
The workout includes a getting warm section, as well as pulsator (a cardio workout), push it (resistance routine), hardcore (stomach workout) and cool it (stretches) sections.
Throughout the workout there is a great deal of humorous banter between Katie and her instructor, Richard. If you a fan of all things pink, then this is defiantly the workout for you!
The Hot Pants Workout
The Hot Pants Workout is just like an episode of Top Of The Pops; loads of female dancers in skimpy, glittery hot pants prancing around!
Dan Karaty (choreographer to the stars) works through a number of fun routines that will leave you puffing and panting by the end.
The DVD is divided into six sections, aimed at targeting thighs, legs, burning fat, waist, glutes and (you've guessed it!) belly fat.
There are six sections; bounce, slide, rush, groove, two step and cool down. While this workout is not really for hard core fitness fanatics, it is great fun, and will do wonders for your dance moves!
Charlie Brooks; Before and After
Charlie Brooks Before and After is one of the most highly regarded celebrity fitness DVDs. The former soap star is put through her paces by her trainer Dee Thresher in a series of five workouts, each lasting around ten minutes.
Brook states that she has lost two stone by using the routines presented on the DVD. It is not hard to see why, as there is a firm emphasis on the workout, rather than on her as a celebrity.
The workouts are clearly explained, easy to follow and there is loads of variety to stop you getting bored.
The routines are of various difficulty levels, so that they cater for all fitness levels.
