I work at Staples and we ship UPS all day long and just have a drop off box for Fed-X wich dose not accept ground packages. We get a lot of UPS and some times it is a pain in the ---- . Customer yell at us for the prices and we do not charge any extra, just what UPS would charge. My suggestion is if you have something small and no hurry for it to get there send it thru the mail much cheaper.

The good thing is you can get things there overnight and sometimes it comes in handy, but costly. We ship a lot at Christmas time and every year I am so glad my family is close because what some people pay. Like grandparents to send the grandchildren gifts I think I would send gift cards. We have a couple regulars that make homemade cookies and send them to there kids at holidays they smell so good, tease one of the regulars if it dose not get there they will know I ate them.

There is so many more UPS centers then Fed-X around my area so shipping UPS is much more popuar.
