Have you ever noticed that Acne breakouts almost always happen before that all important events in your life.

I am going to reveal a simple step by step action plan to prevent acne breakout before that all important event.

Even if it is going on that date, your prom or getting that job interview.

The biggest challenge I personally faced with an acne breakout before that most critical event is that I became self conscious of what’s going on around me and could not enjoy myself at a party. Here the exact steps i follow before any event.

Step 1: Exercise should be a daily part of all our lives, but do make an extra effort to exercise at least one day before the event. Here's why;

  • Exercise creates endorphins. Endorphins tend you make you relax. Exercise also produce resistance and cells to fight against bacteria which is the key to acne suppression. Takes taking a quick run or a brisk walk is the best form of relaxant.
  • But here is the key. Please make sure you keep your heart rate in a low aerobic zone. Too much of endorphins and extra activity will naturally increase the breakout.
  • You want to make sure you do a mild and easy routine lasting not more than thirty minutes.

Step 2: Washing With Moisture To Remove Bacteria

  • The key behind this step is to remove as much bacteria as possible. When you wash your face, you actually cause this to become dry and then bacteria settles in again. This is the wrong way.
  • Contrary to popular belief, when washing you need to make sure that the skin area is moist. Use a cleanser and pat with a clean towel after you are through washing. The key is to make sure that your skin remains moist with no irritation to the acne area. It just needs to be the right kind of moisture.

Step 3: The Ice Pack

  • This is important to keep the area cool and moist and really keep the bacteria at bay. I would use an ice pack on the pimple for 15 minutes then take a 2 minute break. Continue this for an hour.
  • And to really keep the bacteria at bay and suppress the pimples, apply toothpaste to the affected area. Leave the toothpaste overnight.Wash in the morning and make sure you keep your face moist for at least 30 minutes.
  • That’s it. This simple but effective technique works well especially if you have to look your best for that special occasion.
