If a fault accur there will be a display to point you in the direction of a possible cause and what to do to rectify it, the fault codes are as follows--
FH--THERE IS NO WATER IN THE UNIT--SUPPLY MIGHT BE OFF
F02-- LONG DRAIN--AFTER FOUR MINUTES THE SUDS ERROR WILL DISPLAY THEN FOUR MINUTES LATER THE-FO2-WILL DISPLAY
FO5--WATER TEMPERATURE
FO6--DRIVE MOTOR TACHOMETER ERROR
FO7--MAIN CONTROL UNIT ERROR
FO9--OVERFLOW CONDITION
F10--MOTOR CONTROL GOT TOO HOT AND TRIP TERMINAL
F11--COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CENTRAL AND MOTOR CONTROL LOST
F13--PROBLEM IN THE DISPENSER CIRCUIT
F14--CENTRAL CONTROL UNABLE TO READ DATA--UNPLUG FOR TWO MINUTES IT SOMETIMES RESET ITSELF
F15--MOTOR CONTROL ERROR
FDU--DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY PROBLEM--
FDL--DOOR WILL NOT LOCK
SUD--SUDS LOCK DETECTED DURING WASH
This is a large washer for jeans and or comforters it washes and spins great i love and recomend this washer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO
check your filter on your pump ! it's behind the kick plate below the doot
What if after cleaning the filter the F02 fault still comes up?
the pump might be damage, or your drain hose restricted, if a coin,hair pin, or anything is in the drain hose restricting the water from pumping out freely you will see the --fo2 fault code--the on board computer constantly check the operations of the machine--everything have to happen for a certain period of time--for instance--the water comes in for a certain time--and the drain pump is suppose to run for a certain time--if it does not the computer knows something is wrong.
I am getting a fault code of 21. Any clues. I have a whirlpool duet sport.
