every day when we see tv, news papers and the like we coome across all sorts of crimes taking place in this world...
what is base root of crimes being done by various persons ?
to unserstand this i may write here that the reson behind these crimes is that-
a person fails to make proper use of 'free will' which has been gifted to every human being by God...
with this free will a person has full liberty to choose-
a) to lead happy and prosperous life
or b) to choose sorrowful, misreable life
a person who uses short cut illegal, indecent means to earn money will certainly has to lead unhappy, misreable life...
and a person who devlops habit and nature to earn money wd legal means lives loveful, happy life without giving least harm to people around him..
so responsiblity of living good/bad life lies wd individual...

It's true! I believe a lot in the power of choice and the ability we have as humans to decide.
Free will is admirable, but it's no coincidence that crime rates are higher when the context, i.e., social conditions such as poverty, unemployment, injustice, discrimination, is conducive to crime. Preaching about free will and severe punishment for criminals do little to reduce crime. Working to improve the conditions or contexts which breed crime, combined with law enforcement, is the way to reduce crime.
The answer is more complicated than you suggest.
