Thank you very much for writing this hub. I appreciate that you have shared your knowledge.

I have developed a method to treat insomnia which deals specifically with counting and breathing. Basically, it naturally shirts the brain's thoughts away from everything that it's thinking about and preventing you from falling asleep.
