The big blue-eyed, 6 feet tall Lynda Carter was once considered one of the most beautiful women in the world by 1972, Carter had entered a local beauty pageant which she won and later went on to win the title of Miss World-USA. After that, Carter studied acting in New York and started making guest appearances on such shows as Starsky and Hutch, but she made it big with the lead role of Wonder Woman in 1979.
