browse the website the first time. Me, too. I also want to know what
Quicken is. So I look at the website, trying to find some general
introductions about it. I found it. Click the link “about us” at the
bottom of the page, the new page that turned up contains the
information I need. First, the company stared in 1984 with their first
product, Quicken software. Since then, the company positioned
themselves in problem solver. If they can find a simpler, smarter way
to help people solve the problem, they will take it on. Secondly, they
have created a series of products and services that revolutionized the
way of people managing their finance balance. They are proud of the
credit they have built in these years. Now their goal is to create more
appropriate and applicable products and service to simply so that
people can save the time for things and people that are more important
to them.
They serve mainly in the following three areas: personal finance,
health care and home business. You can know about the elaborate
information by checking the menu “products and services”. There are
several choices in each category. We can see the general introductions
and the price of them clearly. If you are interested in some certain
kind of products or services, just click the relative link.
If you don’t know what and how to choose, click the menu “help me
choose”. They will help you make the right decision for you. There are
three ways for you to communicate with them: email, chat and phone. You
can choose the way you think is more convenient for you to share the
opinions with them by clicking the relative button.
Check the menu “money guides” and you will find out how to manage your
money more effectively in the economic slumps. For example, there are
articles about how to avoid scrambling to make ends meet every month
and actually start to save money. There are also articles about how to
cut spend on almost everything and make a good deal to help stretch

cannot locate any but the most recent accounts since installing Quicken 2010. I do not find necessary entries. Please help
I have installed in my MacPro Quicken 2007 for Mac. I have also transferred from a Presario computer, my Quicken accounting 2009 using a back up CD.
The Quicken icon shows in my desk top as well as in the applications list.
My problem is that I cannot open Quicken nor the CD information transferred. I will appreciate knowing what steps to make to correct4 this problem.
I want to move accounts from one file to a new file. Tried the export and import but was told I could not export checking accounts. Can you help me to move accounts?

I had trouble downloading the 50% savings offer on Quicken Deluxe 2010, It seems that I now have two orders dated February 18,. 2010: Numbers QST3427741800 and QST3428772929.This indicates that I am now being charged for two orders for $29.99 each. The payment was made to my visa card ending in No 5183. I need only one order, however the program did not download into my computer. The reason for two orders is probably because I tried to download the program a second time and still was not successful in getting the program downloaded into my comupter. I have Windows 7 which may be cause for not being able to download the program

PS Have used Quicken Deluxe for 5 or 6 years. Currently using Quicken 2007 Deluxe which was installed prior to installing Windows 7 into the computer. Of course installing Winsows 7 did not affect any of my applications, files or programs.
I am trying to reload Quicken 2010 but the Quicken Installer will not recognise my "Unlock Code", 5W17-5U46-305W-2K0K-4K, My Order Number is QST3252797562, dated Dec 5,2009. I was instructed to contact (800) 811-8766, then was directed to www.quickendirect.com/phone, where I am now.still no results. What MUST I do now? Note: I do not have a Land Line any more so you must use my Cell Phone (903)312-8844 for voice contact. Quickens Customer Service is Non-existant and will drive customers to the rival Product. Since installing Quicken 2010, I've been unable to fully download and instalol ANY updates. Downloaq SEEMS OK, But installation stops just over halfway with an error message stating "Unable to go further". I've tried the succested restarts, the internet, et al without success. Please help.

I cannot download bank statements in to Quicken.
On February 21, I charged Quicken 2010 on my Citi Credit card. ...9843. Reference number 19MW3800 in the amount of $32.09. Prior to this order my Quicken expiration date for Quicken 2009 was August 4,2010. After the order was processed the expiration date remained at August 4,2010.
